"Leo answered my call today. I had scoured the website and app for at least half an hour trying to figure out why my bill said one thing, but then charged a different amount through auto pay. He was so quick and knowledgeable, that he managed to navigate through a new billing system and resolve my inquiry in less than five minutes, with niceties included. "I received a call from Olsen because the system confused me with my father who I share a name with. Regardless, after more than 5 years of nobody being able to quote me a better rate than Geico, Olsen was able to provide a quote that was not only less than my rate with Geico, but also included renters insurance.
